Summary of role:
Lynn has been the Medical Education Advisor at Royal Hobart Hospital since 2002. Lynn has a background in health, management and tertiary education. Lynn’s role is to coordinate the education, feedback, supervision and support of prevocational medical staff, with a particular emphasis on the Intern year.

Summary of Role:
Sandy coordinates clinical bridging courses for International Medical Graduates to assist them in their AMC Clinical Exam preparation. Sandy is also a member of the IMG sub committee.

Summary of role:
Glen coordinates appropriate education and training for prevocational IMGs; assists in feedback and provides appropriate support regarding prevocational IMGs performance; assists with orientation of IMGs according to AMC guidelines and to various aspects of the Royal Hobart Hospital and provides support to IMGs.

 
Dr Allan Beswick 
Role: Director of Clinical Training (Interns)

Summary of role:
Allan is the DCT for Interns and works closely with the MEA to provide support for Interns, particularly those who are having performance difficulties. Allan is also involved in the education program for Interns and has an interest in simulation training.

 
Dr Beth Mulligan

Summary of Role:
Beth is the DCT for the Launceston General Hospital, is involved in the delivery of intern tutorial sessions, helps oversee the terms taken by Interns and liaises with clinical supervisors. Beth is chair of the IMG Sub-Committee and is a member of the PMCT Committee.

Dr Paul Scott and Dr Jen MacQueen

Paul and Jen are employed to provide clinical teaching and direct educational support to Junior Medical Officers, as a new role both doctors are developing and implementing new educaiton programs at the RHH.
